LightTouch AV has been contracted to provide an AV solution for a gorgeous Grade 2 listed property in a picturesque village location, originally a distinguished Master Brewers family home and brewery dating back to the 18th Century it is now being transformed into a family home.
The sympathetic install for this aged property includes distributed Sound and Video with a bespoke Cinema Room being located within one of the vaults previously used to store ale and hops.
A Lighting Control system is being installed to create real mood and ambience within these unusual spaces to suit any occasion.
CCTV cameras are being installed and can be viewed from any TV within the property along with a Video Door Entry System plus a Telephone and Data network.
Control of these technologies will be via a mixture of Wall Stations and Apple iPads.
The overall solution has been designed after close consultation with the home owners and in line with the allocated budget.
